News - Issue 5 of North Ayrshire Today is now available! – 9th March...
The Spring edition of North Ayrshire Today has now been released and is available from several stockists, and has been distributed free to several local community groups, shops and businesses.
North Ayrshire Today is a local paper that provides information and news from the surrounding area and in doing so gives promotional space for local groups and charities to raise awareness of their work and activities in the Community.
The 16 page Spring edition is packed with interesting articles and local information, including details of: Dalry Parish Boundary Trust, North Ayrshire Foodbank, the new Scout Hall building and multi-purpose hall at Blair Activity Centre, student placements, as well as a sports section.
The paper explains how community benefit funding from Dalry, Millour Hill and Millour Hill Extension Wind Farms are distributed to the community, and lists where these donations are used in the local area.
Make sure to read the section on Sandra our BeGreen Energy Advisor, who she saved a life using a defibrilator installed at the BeGreen Energy Advice Centre! Our Education Ranger Pete has a great section on his work with schools in the area.
The community newspaper is available at BeGreen Dalry as well as several locations other locations around Dalry such as the library, doctors, schools and shops. Alternatively, you can click here to read online or download a copy.
We hope you enjoy reading North Ayrshire Today and finding out more about what's going on in Dalry and the local community.
